We developed the BK2020B as an upgrade to our BK2020 to test the electrical specifications (RPM, current, drop pulse, start up voltage) of your cylindrical or coin type vibration units. You can also test vibration level, noise, isolation resistance, and the DC resistance. The DUT power supply and all measurement components are self contained, so external devices aren't needed and the tester uses DSP, making it capable of fast, highly accurate and reliable measurements. The BK2020B is very versatile. It can be set up as a stand alone machine, or used with a PC and software for access to more information, and to save the data for analysis. Either version is great on the product line but you may also use it for QA, QC and development.

This high bandwidth differential PXI fault insertion module is designed to simulate common faults on high speed two wire communication interfaces such as Ethernet. This module supports 4 or 8-channels of two wire serial connections and can be used for simulating faults on Ethernet, AFDX, BroadR-Reach, 100BaseT and 1000BaseT interfaces. Any wire can be set to an open circuit, shorts can be applied across the wire pair, or to the adjacent pair. Fault connections can be made to one of four external signals via two fault buses, typically simulating connections to a supply voltage or ground. Each fault bus is capable of carrying 2A allowing multiple channels to be connected to the same fault condition. Additionally, each fault bus features a changeover relay to allow the user to connect alternative fault conditions to the fault buses.

Each inertial sensor in the ADIS16490 combines industry-leading iMEMS® technology with signal conditioning that optimizes dynamic performance. The factory calibration characterizes each sensor for sensitivity, bias, alignment, and linear acceleration (gyroscope bias). As a result, each sensor has its own dynamic compensation formulas that provide accurate sensor measurements. Performing capacity/discharge test on a high-capacity battery may be challenging since high requirements are set on the discharge system. In cases when discharge test times need to be reduced, high load capacities are required from the discharge system. The battery extra load unit BXL is an additional load unit designed especially for this purpose.It is primarily used with BLU battery testers. However, the unit is a universal add-on device. This means it can be used as an additional load with any other discharge/capacity tester in the market.When discharge current exceeds the capacity of a single BLU device, extra load unit increases discharge capacity. A system of BLU and BXL instruments enables performing the capacity test in an accurate, user-friendly way in accordance to battery testing standards: IEEE 450-2010, IEEE 1188-2005, IEEE 1106-2015, IEC 60896-11/22, and other relevant standards.
