The system consists of two plates that overlap for part of their length. One plate is calibrated in millimeters and the overlapping plate is transparent and marked with a hairline cursor. As the crack width opens or closes, one plate moves relative to the other. The relationship of the cursor to the scale represents the amount of movement occurring. These gauges are monitored over time, whilst being kept as far away from human disturbance as possible, to develop an understanding in the width and direction of movement of the crack.

AGI is proud to introduce the new EarthImager 3D resistivity and IP inversion software. This software inverts resistivity and IP data acquired with electrodes arranged in boreholes and/or on the surface and presents a 3D volume of inverted resistivity data with advanced volume rendering technique. The final resistivity or IP image-volume can be rotated in any orientation, zoomed in and out, and translated to anywhere inside the image window in order to see the volume of interest in detail. Colors representing areas of less interest can be made transparent so that the shape of a pollution plume, for example, can be visible. Intended for large-volume OEM applications, the id150-1x8 is the only multichannel solid-state single photon detector on the market. It consists of a CMOS silicon chip packaged in a standard TO8-16pin header with a transparent window cap. The chip combines 8 in-line single photon avalanche diodes that can be accessed simultaneously for parallel processing. square in center-to-center A fast active quenching circuit is integrated within each pixel in order to operate each diode in photon counting regime. The chip is mounted on a printed circuit board on top of a single-stage thermoelectric cooler (TEC). A thermistor can be used to measure the temperature of the chip. Only two low power supplies of +5V and -25V are needed for operation in photon counting mode. The fast active quenching circuit leads to a dead time of less than 50ns per channel. An outstanding timing resolution of less than 60ps allows high accuracy measurements.

HV Enclosures with Integrated Safety Test
The HV test hood according to Performance Level e (ISO 13849-1), developed by us according to the EN50191 standard (erection and operation of fixed and temporary electrical test installations), offers the highest safety for the operator. The large test chamber is enclosed with a hood made of sturdy, highly insulating and transparent plastic. During the test, there is a clear view of the test specimen. A signal light visually indicates safe opening when the light is “green”. “Red light” symbolises danger, the hood cannot be opened due to the safety interlock. The safety switch also ensures that the hood cannot be opened during the test. This means that the test hood fulfils all the required specifications for compulsory contact protection.
