The UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) by Allied Edison is a light weight (7.2 lbs), portable, non-variable source that converts a 12 Vdc Lithium Ion battery to output 110 vac sine wave at 60 hertz. It also has four 12Vdc output jacks, and 4 USB ports to power electronic equipment such as computers or used to supply cell phone chargers, etc. It has a strong built in flashlight. The UPS plugs into a standard 120 Vac, 60 hertz receptacle for charging and indicates percent battery capacity remaining on a digital meter located on the front panel. The UPS can also be charged by a solar cell, sold separately or can be plugged into a vehicles cigarette lighter receptacle for use in remote areas. The UPS is an excellent compliment to the VS-3 power supply where a technician needs a variable AC/DC source and cannot run a power cord due to the remoteness of the work area.

The VL53L0X drops the ambient light sensing capability of it's predecessor for a 10X improvement in absolute ranging capability, bringing the maximum possible range to 2 meters! As a result, this sensor has even more uses in the robotics, cell phone and gesture recognition space. The SEN-36003 includes the VL53L0X IC mounted between two 4-40 sized mounting holes with on board 2.8V LDO and high-speed signal translation to handle interface voltages from 3V to 5V. The board is interfaced via an I2C interface and function pins have been broken out to a 0.1" pin header. All pins are translated to allow interfacing with any microcontroller in the 3V to 5V operating range.

The Type NVF-2 series of handheld directional antennas are used to locate interfering signals or noise in either the 420 – 470 MHz (Type NVF-2A) or the 900 MHz ISM band or cellular telephone bands (Type NVF-2B). Both models incorporate a solid reflector positioned behind a resonated half wave driven element, both elements being mounted on a fiberglass rod with an integral pistol grip. The configuration of the reflector and driven element are such that a deep null in the signal being received will occur when the antenna is pointed in the direction of the signal being radiated. A T-pad resistive attenuator is also incorporated in the antenna mounting enclosure to aid in the direction finding process on very strong signals or when excessive reflections present multiple returns.
