Analog Input Products
Analog input boards are useful for measuring variably changing conditions in the real world. When we want to measure these variably changing conditions, we need analog inputs to convert these changing real world conditions to changing electrical quantities. For example, monitoring the temperature inside a wood kiln, or the water pressure on the output of a pump, or the heart rate of a medical patient. In each of these cases, you can use one of our analog input devices to convert the electrical data from a sensor or transducer into binary data that can then be used by your computer. The device that converts this data is known as an analog to digital converter (abbreviated ADC, A/D, or A to D). An analog input is a measurable electrical signal with a defined range. The analog input changes continuously in a definable manner in relation to the measured property. This data is very useful for process monitoring, process control, or simple monitoring / data collection and acquisition. ACCES' analog input boards amplify and multiplex input signals from thermocouples, strain gauges, accelerometers, photo sensors, flowmeters, RTDs, thermistors, voltage sources, millivolt sources, and current sources, just to name a few.

Solid-State And Electromechanical Relay Products
Relay is the name for a switch that is operated electro-mechanically or electronically. Their main task is to make and break connections to control the flow of current in electrical circuits. They’re used for various purposes ranging from validating semiconductors to interfacing low power computers or microcontrollers with high power machinery.

PCI Express Mini Card
mPCIe-UCAN2 & mPCIe-UCAN2-ISO
The mPCIe-UCAN2 card features two CAN ports that instantly install in most any operating system as standard COM/ttyS devices. Each port supports CAN2.0 A/B and FD operations including data rates up to 10Mbps and timestamps with 1μs (or 1ms) resolution. These CAN ports can be controlled using a simple ASCII command/response interface using a superset of the popular CAN232 standard (extendedto support CAN FD requirements)

Multiprotocol Serial Card
PCIe-COM-4SM DB/RJ
ACCES I/O’s PCI Express multi-port multi-protocol serial communication cards deliver four (PCIe-COM-4SMDB, PCIe-COM-4SMRJ) or two (PCIe-COM-2SMDB, PCIe-COM-2SMRJ), high-speed serial communication ports for use in a wide variety of applications.

Four And Two-Port Multi-Protocol RS-232/422/485 M.2 Cards
M.2-COM-4SM Family
The M.2-COM-4SM family of cards feature high performance 16C950-class UARTs. Available in 4-port and 2-port versions, each port is capable of communication speeds up to 921.6kbps in RS-232 (differential modes support speeds as high as 3Mbps) and has 128-byte deep transmit and receive FIFOs. Large FIFOs protect against data loss in multitasking operating systems, reduce CPU utilization, and improve data throughput, while reducing or eliminating inter-character or inter-packet pauses. The advanced integrated circuit with pre-scalar supports a wide variety of custom baud rates, and any rates not otherwise achievable can be supported via a custom factory-installed crystal oscillator (up to 10Mbps!).

Signal Conditioning
Sensors that are used to collect the data from the environment often don’t produce signal of characteristics optimal for an analog to digital converter (ADC) to translate to digital data. Additionally, these signals can be subject to electromagnetic interference (EMI) that introduces noise, having a negative impact on the reliability of the data. To make this analog input readable for the processing unit and dependable enough to give the desired quality of data the signal has to undergo a process of signal conditioning.

Digital I/O Board
P104-DIO-96
Each I/O line of this card is buffered and capable of sourcing 32mA, or sinking 64mA. The board simulates Programmable Peripheral Interface chips (PPI) to provide a computer interface to digital I/O lines. Each PPI supports two 8-bit ports (A, B) and two 4-bit ports (Chi, Clow). Each port can be configured to function as either input or output latches. The I/O line buffers (types 74ABT240 and 74ABT245) are configured automatically by hardware logic for input or output according to the PPI Control Register direction software assignment.

ACCES Wireless Data Acquisition Products
There have been many inquiries about our wireless I/O products. Many of these requests begin with "This is just what I need, I can't hard wire to a PC because...". Let's face it, running cable in an industrial environment can be costly, especially when you consider all the material and manpower needed to finish the job. Additionally, how can you collect data on something that is in motion like a car on a track? Our Wireless I/O products are perfect for remote installations in harsh atmospheric, industrial or marine applications. These units offer a low-cost alternative to costly signal wire installations in applications such as agricultural and irrigations systems, building management and control, security and factory automation.
