Matrix Switch Module
The 40-728A-101-L (PXI) and 42-728A-101-L (PXIe) are 16x2 75 Ω RF matrices with SMB connectors and Y-axis loop-thru. The 4x-727A/728A/729A range are high density RF matrix modules suitable for switching up to 300 MHz in 50 Ω or 100 MHz in 75 Ω. They are available in 50 Ω or 75 Ω versions with SMB connectors or in 50 Ω versions with a multiway connector.

With this high level of switching density, these PXI matrix modules allow a complete Functional ATE system to be housed in a single 3U PXI chassis. The 50-295A is a Programmable Resistor card with up to 18-channels of 8-bit resolution resistor chains in a single PCI slot. The 60-981 LXI Wired Trigger Probe provides a simple method of monitoring the LXI Wired Trigger Bus activity. It provides a through line active probe that can be used to non-intrusively monitor the waveforms of the M-LVDS drivers on all 8 channels. Each channel has two single ended outputs from the differential pair that can be subtracted by an oscilloscope to display each driver output and the differential signal.

The 40-592A FIBO (Fault Insertion Break-Out) Matrix Module is a large-scale high density switching matrix based on the Pickering BRIC format. The fault insertion BRICs are designed for applications requiring the simulation of a variety of faults in complex, high pin count, applications involving sensors and control units. Typical faults that can be simulated are open-circuits, short circuits to ground or battery, or short-circuits between input/output lines.
