Aerosol And Dust Monitors
TSI DustTrak™ II and DRX Aerosol Monitors are light years ahead of any other. The DustTrak DRX Monitor, for instance, simultaneously measures both mass and size fraction – something no other dust monitor can do. Measure PM1, PM2.5, respirable, PM10 and PM Total simultaneously with no need for size-selective inlet conditioners. When it comes to work comfort and productivity, as well as risk management, don’t you want the best?

Cascade Impactors
TSI’s suite of cascade impactors can collect particles with aerodynamic diameters (cutpoints) from 10 nm to 10 µm, in 3 to 13 different size fractions, and at flow rates of 2, 10, 30 or 100 L/min. The number of stages determines the size resolution of the collected samples, and consequently determines the level of detail of the data generated from the quantitative analysis of these collected samples. MOUDI II impactors have rotating stages. When the stage is rotated relative to the nozzle plate, the impacted particles are deposited in a more uniform manner across the impaction surface. This increases the amount of particle mass that can be collected, reduces the probability of particle bounce and re-entrainment, and optimizes quantitative analysis of the collected samples.

Respirator Fit Test Adapters
TSI Fit Test Adapters for PortaCount Respirator Fit Testers provide an easy, practical alternative to the probed method of quantitative respirator fit testing. Respirator Fit Test Adapters enable quantitative fit testing for individuals wearing their own respirators. Use the Fit Test Adapters spreadsheet to find the right fit test adapter. You can search for respirator manufacturer, the respirator model, and in some cases, the respirator’s filter/regulator connection. Click on the links in the document, or below, to see more details about a fit test adapter and your purchase options.

Primary Calibrators
Why is the adjustment and primary calibration of air sampling instruments necessary? Instruments that sample air must be flow adjusted, calibrated and routinely checked to ensure the accuracy of flow rate. The frequency of flow adjustment and/or calibration depends on the use, care and handling of the air sampling instruments and the regulations they are complying with. Determining exposure to various physical, chemical, radiological and biological substances is based on the accuracy of the total volume of air sampled and the sample duration.
