Electrostatic Capacitance-Type Gap Detectors
VE series
VE series are non-contact type of vibration/small displacement detector with high accuracy which can measure the distance between conductor such as metal and sensor’s surface in micron/submicron resolution. It demonstrates its best performance when used for the measurement and control of the axial and surface vibration of rotational shafts such as main shaft of turbines, electric motors, compressors, and of the thickness and width of moving objects. In addition to the measurement of the amount of displacement, a gap detector can also be used for a wide range of other measurement and control applications such as the measurement of the amount of slack or warping. The non-contact measurement process enables to apply no load to rotational or vibration body, and does not affect the material under measurement.

Magneto-Electric Rotation Detector

The MP-981 is a magneto-type detector using a hall element which is suitable for revolution (r/min) measurement from low speed to high speed.Magneto-type detectors use an internal hall element, a permanent magnet, DC amplifier, and voltage regulator and respond to flux, so that a rectangular wave form is derivable from much lower speed all the way though high speed.In addition, a signal indicator is provided in spite of the detector's compact design, making verification of operation and mounting position possible.Meanwhile, the AP-981 is the water and acid proof type, which conforms to Class ' of JIS C0920.

All the GS series Digital Linear Gauges are upgraded. The GS-1700/1800 series is a compact and cost effective basic type. The GS-6700/6800 series is a vibration resistant type which provides better performance of vibration resistance 1.5 times in strength compared to the basic type. The GS-4700/4800 pursuits heavy-duty performance required in production site. Long stroke type the GS-5050/5100 series has wide measurement range (stroke) at 50 mm or 100 mm. Directional Microphone
MI-8100
MI-8100 is a shotgun type directional microphone which sharply catches the intended sound. This directional microphone is helpful for the removal of background noise in the simple sound source exploration and in abnormal sound detection. Flat frequency characteristic from 50 Hz to 20 kHz and sharp detection with high S/N ratio provide high sensitive detection of various sound coming from the specific direction. Ignition Pulse Detector

IP-3000A Ignition pulse detector is a slim and light weighted detector by using amorphous metals fiber element. It is 1/4 in thickness (mass: approx. 1/50) and 1/3 in weight compared with the previous model of Ono Sokki. Also the IP-3000A can obtain constant output from low to high rotation with high sensitivity.Meeting the needs of structure or mechanism in recent gasoline engines, the IP-3000A can easily clamp around an ignition coil cable (the primary side cord of ignition coil or the current cord of electronic distributor). Moreover, heat-resistant design up to maximum operating temperature of +120 C° enables measurement under harsh environment.The IP-3000A Ignition pulse detector can be used with Ono Sokki’s engine tachometer.
