This size allows for direct replacement of other panel mounted API's for a more compact panel mount option. Emergency Battery Test Fixture
TA-60
This test fixture will allow servicing of the 60-1321-( ) series of emergency exit light power supply. These supplies are used in many aircraft to annunciate exit lighting when aircraft power failure occurs. The TA-60 test fixture is equivalent to the suggested test fixture in the OEM 60-1321 CMM. The four load lamps are conveniently placed behind an acrylic red lens for proper viewing while performing load test. The bench cable is provided as part of the test fixture.

Customer Acceptance Test Panel
TA-65
DGS-65 Customer Acceptance Panel for both testing and trouble- shooting. We have added an option to the panel that allows you to select an analog slaving meter or the LED monitor lights as shown in the maintenance manual Fig. 5-14. The addition of the meter provides the technician with a more visible means to monitor the slaving "trend". The 50 pin DG connector is broken out on the panel to assist in monitoring or isolating unit signals.

Dual Nav/Comm Test Panel

The Best Dual Nav/Comm Test Panel on the market today. This panel is designed to test the KX155/155A and KX165/165A radios specifically as well as others and will allow by the book testing of these units. The panel includes specific switching for testing the intercom features, providing unit configuration and audio isolation as required. This panel also incudes basic provisions to run a second Nav/Comm using the long time standard 8 pin octal connector. Monitoring of either current or voltage to either radio is also provided. Test Fixture with API
TA-14VG
The TA-14VG test fixture is based on the requirements for the Integrated Test Procedure for the VG-14A assembly as shown in the OEM maintenance manual. The panel also contains a test point breakout for the units main connector as well as one for the VG-401 base. The VG-401 breakouts provide an in series connection that will allow easy access to the gyro's signals and also provides a way to monitor rotor current. The panel also contains a variac to allow for line voltage adjustment.

Collins Radar Fixture with Gyro Simulator

This weather radar test fixture is a combination of the established WXT-250 series fixture and the RDR-2000 and RDR-2100 radars so that a single panel will provide many features that are still required today. The gyro simulator built into the panel is usable for either radar being tested and eliminate's plugging in any external simulator. The features for both product lines as shown in their respecting CMM's are provided on the panel so that full testing and alignment of these radars and their system components can be tested and/or evaluated.
