Handheld RH Meter

The Edgetech Instruments Model 635-1 is a robust and reliable measuring instrument with the protection class of IP54. The large back lit display allows the user to easily view the dew point, RH and temperature readings. The 635 offers both standard plug-in probes and optional wireless probes that can measure up to a distance of 20 meters. A maximum of 3 wireless probes can be used at one time and can be retrofitted with the 635 at anytime. All probes are equipped with a patented humidity sensor offering long term reliability and guaranteed accuracy based on results from worldwide laboratory tests. The 635 is equipped with a secured carrying strap for safe transporting and has heavy duty magnets on the back to ensure secure attachment at the measuring location.

RH Calibrator / Dew Point Generator

Using chill mirror technology and precision PRT's, Edgetech''s calibrators offer best repeatability, stability and reliability when measuring RH and temperature. The calibrators are used mainly by calibration labs as a reference standard.The Edgetech Instruments dew point generator, DewGen, another calibration lab favorite, can be used as a stand alone or with a NIST traceable chill mirror dew point system creating very accurate dew points or frost points. Depending on the dry gas source this generator can create dew points from +15C to -80C.

Compressed Air Monitor and Alarm
SENTRY
The Edgetech Instruments Model SENTRY detects upset conditions in compressed air systems by constantly monitoring dew point and pressure at the system header or dryer output. The SENTRY alarms when a loss in pressure or high dew point is detected. This information is valuable in detecting compressor failures, system leaks, or drops in dryer performance. A pulsing audible alarm and strobe lamp provide quick notification of upset conditions. The SENTRY also provides a local display of pressure, dew point and system status as well as 4-20mA analog output and alarm relay contacts.

The NFPA99 has mandated that for Med Gas systems the "dew point for locally compressed air shall be monitored and alarmed per 4-3.1.9.8 and 4-3.1.1.2(f) to protect from line pressure dew point rise to 39 degrees F (3.9 degrees C) from a nominal design of 35 degrees F (1.7 degrees C)." This safeguard was the foundation for the new Edgetech Instruments DPM-99 Med Gas Dew Point Monitor. This specifically designed monitor exceeds the requirements set forth by the NFPA and was a collaboration with AIRVAC Technical Services who are certified by P.IP.E as medical gas inspectors in all 50 US States.
