Pulse & Delay Generators
The benchtop pulse generators feature a fast risetime and low jitter. Our most popular digital delay pulse series 575 and 577 generators are now available with selectable time references. With up to eight channels of delay and width control, each individual channel's reference can be set either to the trigger or to any other channel. NIM-Modules
The "dual channel" TDC'''' - Model 7072T - converts time directly to a digital output. They offer improved performance and linearity specifications compared to separate TAC and ADC modules. There is also the Wilkinson-type ADC, Model 7070 which is suitable for high resolution HPGe detectors. Our Constant-Fraction discriminators are still state-of-the-art even after a more than 20 Year history. The Differential CFD - Model 7029A - still offers the highest counting rate (>50 MHz) of any such devices. Our Pulse-Shape Discriminator - Model 2160A - can be used to separate neutron and gamma particles, alphas and protons, electrons and alphas etc depending on the detector used.

Multiparameter Multichannel Analyzers
The open system technology concept is capable of accomodating future system expansion. Four systems can be operated to provide a max. of 64 input channels. For dependent single- and multiparameter acquisitions, coincidence resolving times can be set from approx. 150 ns to more than 3 ms in steps of 50 ns. The counting rate capabilities are matched only by our MPA4 Multiparameter System: With 7072 ADC''''s we have observed counting rates up to 4.8 Mevents/s. The theoretical limit is 6 Mevents/s.

X-Ray And Gamma Detector Systems
The XR-100CR is a new high performance x-ray detector, preamplifier, and cooler system using a thermoelectrically cooled Si-PIN photodiode as an xray detector. Also mounted on the 2-stage cooler are the input FET and a novel feedback circuit. These components are kept at approximately -55 °C, and are monitored by an internal temperature sensor. The hermetic TO-8 package of the detector has a light tight, vacuum tight thin Beryllium window to enable soft xray detection. The XR-100T-CdTe represents a breakthrough in xray detector technology by providing “off-the-shelf” performance previously available only from expensive cryogenically cooled systems. The XR-100-CdTe is also suited for measuring gamma rays.

Multichannel Analyzers
A family of USB-connected, software controlled Multichannel Analyzers with 4 - input MCA with 32k resolution, > 1 M events / sec on each channel, MCS mode, RTC (option). The MCA-4 offers two multiscaling inputs with a counting rate capability of 300 MHz at dwell times as low as 70 ns.
