Transformer Ratio Meters
Handheld Turns Ratio & Winding Resistance Tester TWR-H
TWR-H is a handheld, battery operated, fully automatic test set specially designed for turns ratio, phase shift, excitation current and winding resistance measurements of transformers. It can also perform demagnetization of these transformers. Transformer turns ratio is determined by applying AC voltage across high voltage winding, accurately measuring AC voltage across the corresponding unloaded transformer winding, and then displaying the ratio of these voltages. User can enter a transformer’s nameplate voltages, so that turns ratio deviation can be calculated. This feature eliminates any error otherwise caused by an operator’s manual calculation. TWR-H compares measured turns ratio with the nameplate ratio and prints out the % of error for each test. Transformer winding resistance is determined by injecting DC current through a winding, accurately measuring DC voltage across the winding, and then calculating resistance as the ratio of voltage and current. The device generates true DC ripple-free currents. Both the injection of the current and the discharge of energy from transformer magnetic circuit are automatically regulated.

Transformer Winding Resistance Meters
RMO TT Series
The Tap Changer Analyzer & Winding Ohmmeter of the RMO-TT series is designed for winding resistance measurement of inductive objects, and for a tap changer analysis. The RMO-TT series is based on the state of the art technology, using the most advanced switch mode technology available today. The RMO-TT instruments are accurate (0,1%), powerful (up to 100 A) and still portable. The Instruments generate a true DC ripple free current with automatically regulated measurement and discharging circuit. RMO-TT instruments can perform a simple, quick and reliable transformer on-load tap changer condition assessment. This series of instruments enable measurements of a winding resistance in every tap position, current ripple values (percentage of a current drop during a tap change) and transition times during the tap changes. Problems with a connection, contacts, and selector/diverter switch operation (tap change with interruption) can be detected with these measurements.

Megohmmeter Insulation Tester
AMIC-30
The AMIC-30 insulation tester is a small portable meter designed to measure insulation resistance in electrical and telecommunications installations, cables, motors, transformers and other equipment. The test voltage can be programmed in steps from 10 V to 1000 V. The instrument can measure both insulation resistance over a wide range (0,1kΩ...100GΩ), and insulation leakage current, capacitance and other parameters. All test results can be stored in the internal memory and sent to a computer via the included wireless USB receiver. The meters are supplied with rechargeable Ni-Cd batteries.

Loss Tangent M in Dielectric Oil
TAND220A
The measuring instrument type TAND220A complies with the international standard IEC 61620. The instrument is based on the so-called "low-amplitude, low-frequency alternating current square wave method" and allows accurate measurements of conductivity and relative permittivity. Conductivity measurement in the range of 0.01 pS/m to 20,000 pS/m allows the use of this instrument for quality control of high resistivity liquids even at room temperature. The TAND220A works with a low test voltage and also with a low test current so that it does not represent a danger for the operators.

Vacuum Oil-Purifiers
AEHV
The most important application of the high-vacuum degasser is in the field of high-voltage transmission and in the manufacture of electrical devices. In addition, the high vacuum process is used in the degassing of oil cables including poly-butanes. Outside the electrical industry, this process is used for the dehydration and degassing of oil for radar and electronic equipment, oil-sealed vacuum pumps, brake fluids, cooling oils - including phosphate esters and silicones. Amperis offers the AEHV Oil Degasser designed for maximum job efficiency, expertly proven performance, requires minimal maintenance and is fully serviced. All this is thanks to the full support of Amperis' specialist technicians, plus the "know-how" and thorough research that makes the AEHV a Unique Degasser. Designed for unattended operation and suitable for operation on energized equipment - full equipment monitoring is an option.

The Lightest Micro-ohmmeter In The Industry
RMO-H
The RMO-H is a portable, battery-operated micro-ohmmeter based on state-of-the-art technology, using the most advanced battery mode and switching technique available today. The high-capacity Li-Po battery allows the generation of a ripple-free DC current of up to 300 A. The test current is user-selectable and generated in an automatically regulated test ramp. During the test, the RMO-H increases the current before the measurement and decreases it afterwards. This significantly reduces magnetic transients.
