Test Setup For Domestic Mixer Motor
SCR ELEKTRONIKS have developed TESTING SET UP FOR MIXER MOTOR for carrying out performance test and High Voltage test of mixer at final stage. It consists of Voltmeter, Ammeter and Watt meter for observing the values of different parameters. OK / NOT OK lamps are also provided to display the results of HV test. HV test is provided with tripping cut off concept. Output Socket is provided for quick connections and disconnections of the equipment to be tested. User friendly operations make the equipment to be handled easier for any operator.

Earth Contact Resistance Tester
SCR ELEKTRONIKS have developed an equipment namely Earth Contact Resistance Tester to test the appliance. To ensure the safety of operator it is essential that the Earth path (connection) should offer minimum impedance to by pass short circuit Current to Earth. This is ensured by measuring Resistance of the Earth path by passing heavy Current say 25 A. The Earth Contact Resistance Tester essentially comprises of a Variable Current source with digital Ammeter to measure the Current supplied. The Voltage drop across the Earth path is measured with a digital Voltmeter. Optionally for a particular Current (25 A) the meter can be calibrated in terms of Resistance. A timer is provided to switch off the Current after the Set Time.

The SCR Elektroniks 3 station MCB Temperature Rise and Power Loss Test Bench is economically designed to verify temperature rise and measure power loss as per clause 9.8 of IEC 60898 with the circuit designed to follow test procedure as per Cl 9.8.2. Needle Flame Test Apparatus
Needle Flame Test Apparatus is designed to carry out fire hazard testing. Flammability test is to check the ‘Resistance to Fire’ of electrical insulators that touch directly conducting parts & also parts of insulators. Testing with regard to fire hazards can be done by creating exactly the conditions occurring in practice. However, this is not possible in most instances. The SCR Elektroniks Endurance Test Bench is designed for electrical and mechanical endurance MCB and RCCB as per clause 9.11 of IEC 60898-1. The source and the load is designed to comply as per the general test conditions specified in Cl 9.11.1. The accompanying pneumatic fixture is designed to hold custom built designs of MCB and RCCB while the microcontroller based timer unit can be configure to follow test procedure summarized in Cl 9.11.2.
