Potentiostat Galvanostat
VersaSTAT 3F
-
The VersaSTAT 3F shares similar specifications to the VersaSTAT 3 (10µs data acquisition) and the VersaSTAT 4 (4nA lower current range, enhanced filtering options) the VersaSTAT 3F was designed specifically to operate with other potentiostats or earth-grounded cells.

Single Channel Potentiostats
12XX Series
-
The 12xx Series Potentiostats has two current models: the 1287A and 1280Z. This family of potentiostats communicate through trusted GPIB interface technology that can convert to USB for easy connection modern computers. The Solartron Analytical 1287A and 1280Z are often driven by CorrWare software for DC testing, such as Cyclic Voltammetry, and ZPLOT for AC testing, such as Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy.

Materials Lab XM
-
The Materials Lab XM product provides a fully integrated reference grade time domain and AC measurement platform. No need to switch sample connections between techniques. Time domain measurements include I-V (current voltage) characterization as well as fast pulse techniques. AC testing techniques include everything from single-sine analysis, to multisine / Fast Fourier Transform for faster low frequency analysis, to harmonics and intermodulation for testing linearity and breakdown of materials. Measurements of electrical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), admittance, permittivity and capacitance are all provided from the XM-studio MTS software platform, together with integrated equivalent circuit analysis functionality.

Non-contact Optical Surface Profiler
VS-OSP
-
The VersaSCAN OSP integrates the Base with a high-accuracy, high-speed laser displacement sensor. The OSP technique uses diffuse reflection mechanism to measure topography of a sample. OSP can be used to measure topography, as a very sensitive leveling mechanism, or charting topography to be implemented with other scanning probe techniques for constant-distance mode operation.

Scanning Kelvin Probe Microscope
VS-SKP
-
The Kelvin Probe experiment uses a nondestructive method to determine the relative work function difference between the probe and the sample. Work function describes the energy required to liberate an electron from the surface of a conductor; electrochemists often interpret this as the difference from an electrode’s Fermi Level, average energy of electrons, and that of vacuum.

Bipotentiostat
PARSTAT 3000A-DX
-
The PARSTAT 3000A-DX from Princeton Applied Research is both a hardware synchronized bipotentiostat/galvanostat and dual channel potentiostat/galvanostat in one. The compact design, based on the popular PARSTAT 3000A, combines 2 high performance, independent potentiostats in a single chassis. Combine this with a hardware synchronized start and the VersaStudio software platform for a fully functional bipotentiostat that is suitable for a range of applications from mechanistic studies and electrocatalyst evaluation using a rotating ring disk electrode (RRDE) to sensor development.

Single Channel Potentiostats
Apps-XM Series
-
This family of instruments is built on the technology of the ModuLab XM platform. Specific combinations of options, such as frequency response analyzers (FRA), current boosters, voltage boosters, are popular when the ModuLab XM is configured for given applications. We combine our design knowledge and industry experience to create a line of products with an application focus.

Battery Cycler
-
Rechargeable (secondary) batteries in real-world applications are charged and discharged many times until they reach end of life. Examples of this are batteries used in cell phones, PCs, power tools and automotive applications. After multiple charge/discharge cycles, cell performance starts to degrade. The batteries typically require charging more frequently until eventually they reach end of life and need to be replaced, with the original cells either being scrapped or repurposed.

Battery Analyzer
SI-9300R
-
Conventional cycler systems use PCs to transfer data from cycler channels to disk. SI-9300R instead uses advanced technology to write data direct to disk without PC intervention. For high channel count systems this dramatically reduces PC workload, increases system reliability and allows the PCs to concentrate on test control, channel monitoring and data analysis.

CellTest Multichannel Potentiostat
-
Simultaneous Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) tests can be run on multiple cells by connecting Solartron 1455A/1451A series frequency response analyzer (FRA) modules to the 1470E. These FRAs can operate in single sine correlation or multi-sine / Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) analysis mode, providing the ultimate in speed, precision and accuracy. The 1455A FRA provides high performance impedance measurements over the frequency range 10 μHz to 1 MHz, while the 1451A FRA operates from 10 μHz to 100 kHz.
